Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place it back into its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
